Our team has used 3 other services before finding REX, and we will NEVER go back! Their customer service is spot on, the website is user friendly and gives you many detailed articles and print out options for your clients. If you have questions or need to change anything customer service will get back to you in a timely manner and they always follow up with detailed emails! Pictures are already formatted for the MLS when you receive them and download quickly with ease. As an extra bonus, the pictures are sequenced in order with the flow of the home. This saves time from having to arrange them when you upload. We have had other Realtors ask about our pictures and how we get the sharpness and quality so spot on. Not only do they offer very personalized, concierge-style customer service but their photography and editing are absolutely unmatched in the industry! My listings have consistently sold quicker than the competition and at a higher price. REX's tremendous photography renders property marketing almost too easy for me. With plentiful staff, the services are very easy to book and I have never had to worry about being able to get on the schedule. All the photographers I had worked with are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They are always timely and are extremely helpful. The editing takes a few days at the very very very most and the results are always outstanding. The payment options are incredibly convenient and the final product is just extraordinary. Aside from just the photos, you do receive a virtual tour and even a website. They also offer multiple other services, from twilight photography to flyers. I cannot recommend this company enough. I will be a loyal customer for the years to come! And if you're wondering, they do blow the area competing companies completely out of the water (and at a fraction of the cost too!).
