GENERAL APPOINTMENT INQUIRIES
Our photographers are generally available for appointments between 8:00am - 5:00pm (ET) Monday - Friday.
You can view the locations we service on our pricing tab above, or enter your address on rexsquad.com to view any photographers near your address.
Weekend appointments are considered upon request as our photographers are not required to work weekends but certain photographers may allow a weekend appointment.
Typically we are able schedule a photographer to arrive within two days of an initial appointment request. This may be earlier or later depending on the season, location, and other irregular factors.
Lengths of appointments can vary depending on which service(s) are being done. For an estimate however, an average photography session can last between 30 minutes to 45 minutes, and a Matterport session between 1 to 3 hours depending on the square footage. For every appointment, rain or shine, our editing team adds a nice blue sky into all exterior photos ensuring your listing is looking it's best!
However, if there is extreme inclement weather (ie. blizzard, downpour, etc.) that would potentially endanger our photographer and their equipment, we would cancel the appointment and get it rescheduled at no extra cost.
For our aerial photography we also have to factor in wind speeds. Another factor for aerial photography appointments are "No Fly Zones" that do not allow drones. These includes locations near airports, historical landmarks, state parks, etc.
Anything canceled the same day of the confirmed appointment will be billed 25% of the shoot price. If our photographer shows up to property and is unable to shoot or access the property, 50% of shoot price will be billed.
For most of our packages we recommend allotting at least 45 minutes for our photographers. Expect more time to be added if multiple add-ons (ie. Aerial Photography, Walkthrough Video, Matterport, etc.) are included with your appointment.
No, you or your sellers are not required to be there while our photographer is working.
Our photographers do need a way to access the property whether that is a hidden key, unlocked door, Sentrilock (call (888) 747-3235 to ask if a specific photographer has access to Sentrilock), or someone meeting the photographer to let them in.
The house should be shoot-ready when our photographer arrives. We ask that all staging and cleaning be done prior to our photographer's arrival. To efficiently maintain our busy schedule and deliver the level of service our clients expect, we can not spend unnecessary time at the home waiting for it to be cleaned, dusted, de-cluttered, etc.

Turn-around time for photos is by next business day around 3:00pm (ET). We do offer Rush Photo Processing for $19 that would guarantee your photos to be delivered by 9:00am (ET) on weekdays or 11:00am (ET) Saturdays.
You will be emailed a link to our photo delivery website the following business day after your appointment. From there you can view any listing photos in your account. You will be given Full (print sized) and MLS (web sized) links to download your photos. Since we have to send multiple image files, you will download a .zip file containing all your images. For help unzipping a .zip file, click here if you have PC or here if you have a Mac!
You can also access the download links by logging in to your account at https://realestateexposures.viewshoot.com and clicking on the shoot under Completed Shoots.
We do not have an account with the MLS or Bright so we are unable to upload the photos to the MLS or Bright system for you. We do provide properly sized photos that should upload correctly to the MLS and Bright systems.

Our photographers are required to wear masks, gloves, and instructed not to touch or move anything in the home. And our photographers will not be available to take photos if they are experiencing any signs of illness.

PROPERTY WEBPAGE INQUIRIES
In our photo delivery website, under "Completed Shoots," click on the address you wish to view. From there, you can click on the blue "Tour (MLS)" to view the unbranded webpage or click "Tour (Branded)" to view the branded property webpage.
You can copy and paste that URL to your social media, digital marketing, MLS system, and more!
You are able to add a tour description, MLS #, price, sqft, acres, beds, baths in our photo delivery website. After you click on the address, click "Edit Tour Info" at the top left and you are able to adjust that information and more!
Yes, under your desired address in our photo delivery website, hover over one of the green globe icons that says "Visible in Tour." Just click that so it turns red and the photo will be hidden from your branded and unbranded tours.
We provide a free, shareable, property webpage with any of our photo packages.
Our Enhanced Virtual Tour is another version of the shareable webpage that incorporates the images we took, listing information, your personal branding, and any add-ons that were done. This version also features a dynamic, playable, photo slideshow of the your listing's photos.
All Real Estate Exposures images go through a rigorous quality control process. We then hold our editors to the highest standards in order to bring you images with:
- The most accurate colors
- Bright whites in ceilings, moldings, doors, etc.
- See through windows for the best views
- Perspective correction to ensure the image is vertical and level
- Distortion correction so your interiors are not warped
- Blue skies in all our exterior photos, even on cloudy days
When viewing the proofs on the photo delivery website they may appear more grainy than they actually are. This is because they are compressed and are just meant to be a low-res preview of the images. Once the photos have been downloaded they shouldn't look compressed anymore compared to the proofs in the photo delivery website.
Occasionally colors in the room will vary slightly depending how light is reflecting onto them. Looking around the room you may notice some areas are darker/lighter or different shades because of how the light hits it.
Our photographers take up to five exposures to gather a full range of colors, rather than just one exposure, to help photograph accurate colors and lighting. This way we do not need extra lighting equipment to set up and take down - which would make a 30 minute shoot take up to 3 hours and would change the cost from $120 to $600. But even with lighting equipment, it's not always 100% accurate as there is mixed lighting (lighting from the sun and incandescent lights).
Also, something to keep in mind is that a potential buyer may only be looking at the photo for a few seconds. And trying to get a general feel of the property and not necessarily analyzing every photo as a homeowner might.
But thankfully, we have a team of capable photo editors so we can certainly adjust any images if they are inaccurate. So if any color is way off we will definitely do all we can to correct! We're happy to do our best to adjust the photos to be their accurate colors if they appear wrong!
So for our virtual staging process, all you need to do is let us know which image numbers you would like staged as what rooms. For example, image #3: Living Room, image #12: Master Bedroom, etc. And let us know if you would prefer a modern style or traditional style of furniture.
You can email that information to [email protected] and our editing team will confirm with you and begin working on the virtually staged images. Turn-around time for receiving virtual staging images is within two business days.

Before sending you the finished flyer, our editing team will need some information about the listing. They will need the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, sqft, acres, and a short description (plus your branding which they will search on Google too). Once we have received that information, you will be emailed the finished flyer for your approval.
Having us print your flyer? Once the design is approved we will ask to what location you would like the flyers shipped to. And once we confirm that address we will go ahead and begin printing! Any flyer designs confirmed before 4:00pm can be shipped overnight and delivered next business day.

For sale by owner (FSBO) pricing is based off a one-time transaction of the seller's own property. Realtors, on the other hand, handle multiple listings at a time and are likely to order shoots for multiple homes. Because of this volume of transactions, we offer our realtor customers a slight discount on the starting price.
