Real Estate Exposures’ Response to COVID-19

Updated – 6/5/2020
Real Estate Exposures has been presented some new guidelines that must be agreed to and adhered to before we can confirm scheduling any appointments. These requirements will be listed below.
At REX, the safety of our photographers and customers is our #1 priority.  With the recent government restrictions concerning COVID-19,  we’ve decided to make some temporary changes to how we perform our real estate photography shoots.

While we still strongly encourage properties to be vacated for the photography session, we do understand that sometimes Realtors and clients like to be present. We will now allow no more than 3 people to be at the property during the session (photographer and up to 2 others).

Other things that would be helpful:
1.  Clean the home (wipe down surfaces and high touch areas)
2.  Open Blinds how you’d like them to show in photos
3.  Turn on all lights
4.  Turn off all fans

Photographers are instructed not to touch or move anything in the home.  Please have everything placed how you’d like it.

If you can not meet these requirements, we kindly ask you to postpone the shoot until the threat in our area has been reduced and we can get back to business as usual.

Thank you for your flexibility as we navigate through this time of uncertainty and for your continued support. As always, let us know if you have any questions!
