Real Estate Exposures has been presented some new guidelines that must be agreed to and adhered to before we can confirm scheduling any appointments. These requirements will be listed below. Because of these new requirements, we ask: what will the photographer’s access to the property be?
At REX, the safety of our photographers and customers is our #1 priority. With the recent government restrictions concerning COVID-19, we’ve decided to make some temporary changes to how we perform our real estate photography shoots.
For the time being, we are requiring all homeowners (and pets) as well as clients vacate the property at least 15 minutes prior to the appointment time. If desired, we can contact you or the homeowner when the shoot is completed.
Other things that would be helpful:
1. Clean the home (wipe down surfaces and high touch areas)
2. Open Blinds how you’d like them to show in photos
3. Turn on all lights
4. Turn off all fans
Photographers are instructed not to touch or move anything in the home. Please have everything placed how you’d like it.
If you can not meet these requirements, we kindly ask you to postpone the shoot until the threat in our area has been reduced and we can get back to business as usual.
